1. Am I able to purchase art directly from ArtMarket Online
Yes. Every piece of art exhibited on ArtMarket Online is available for sale and can be purchased through our online shopping cart facility.
Simply click on the artwork you are interested in purchasing and follow the links to the shopping cart.
2. Is the online payment facility secure.
Yes. ArtMarket Online uses a secure online gateway provider to process all transactions. We do not keep a record of your credit card details and you can be assured of the highest security at all times.
3. Can I make purchases from different artists on ArtMarket Online?
Yes. You can purchase as many different artworks from as many different artists on ArtMarket Online as you like. The shopping cart facility on ArtMarket Online allows you to continue browsing once you have selected a purchase and then return to the check out facility to complete your purchase.
4. How can I be assured that the art I am purchasing is original?
Every artist who exhibits on ArtMarket Online must sign an agreement confirming that the artwork they are exhibiting is theirs to exhibit and sell, and is an original piece or print. ArtMarket Online takes every precaution to ensure the artists who exhibit are legitimate. If you do have any concerns please contact us immediately.
5. How will the art work be delivered to me?
The artist who you purchase from will organise the appropriate shipping and delivery of the artwork to your requested delivery address.
The artist will organise shipping to occur within 7 days of your purchase, unless otherwise requested.
6. What if I am not happy with my purchase – can I return it?
Yes and No. It is the prerogative of the Artist to exchange works or accept returns. If your work is faulty or you change your mind, and the artist agrees to its return, you must contact us within 21 days of the shipment date to discuss swapping your purchase for something else exhibited on ArtMarket Online. If our current exhibitions do not take your fancy then we will issue you a voucher with no expiry date so you can keep coming back to check out new pieces until you find the perfect item.
7. What if the artwork I purchase is damaged in transit?
The artist you purchase from will package the artwork in the most appropriate packaging to avoid damage in transit. If, however, the artwork is damaged when you unpack it, please contact us immediately.
8. What payment types are accepted?
ArtMarket Online uses a secure online payment system to accept credit card payments for all art work purchases. Credit cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club.
