Shipping
All artwork purchased through ArtMarket Online is packed and shipped by the individual artist using the most appropriate and cost effective shipping method. ArtMarket Online accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen deliveries where the customer has specified unattended delivery instructions.
Payment Security
ArtMarket Online uses secure servers with state-of-the-art 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) technology for the transfer of credit card information. Your credit card information will remain confidential and fully encrypted from start to finish. Returns & Refund Policy
It is the prerogative of each individual artist exhibiting on ArtMarket Online to exchange works or accept returns. If the work you purchase is faulty or you change your mind, and the artist agrees to a return, you must contact ArtMarket Online within 21 days of the shipment date to discuss swapping your purchase for something else exhibited on ArtMarket Online. If there are no other works exhibited at that time that you wish to exchange your purchase for then you will be issued with a voucher with no expiry date.
